Here are some testimonials from prior Feed The Bay events:
I have never participated in Feed the Bay before. This was the most uplifting experience ever. We arrived early at ECHO and our group was given a tour of the facility. What an eye opener! As a result I will be getting more involved in the needs of our community!
It was a wonderful experience working with other people I did not know and seeing how everyone pulled together and were able to get the trucks unloaded and the food sorted and boxed.
Our family enjoyed working at the mission. We plan to volunteer again next year. It was a wonderful learning experience for our children.
Me and both of my girls ages 11 & 14 worked unloading and stocking the food bank. Lots of sweat!! Even the rain didn't stop us. =)
Was very impressed at the degree of organization of this event. It made being a liaison between food bank and store run relatively smoothly. Great event...can't wait till next year.
